Iconsitt is
a firm which works in the fish preserves field from 1976.
Its offices and its factory are located in Aspra, a little
sea village of the west Sicily, in the district of Palermo,
in the Conca d'Oro.
The firm has been able to up- to-date the ancient manual labour
of those women intent to thread the fish fished during the
night by the fishermen. The fish used is the local fish, but
when the orders are numerous, they use also fish coming from
Spain and Greece.
For granting the sanitary right management of the productive
procedure, Iconsitt follows the modality prescribed on its
H.A.C.C.P. handbook. Its internal analysis laboratory grants
the quality control of all production and of each final product.
Iconsitt first aim is the qualitative aspect and thanks to
its care on his work. |
