with stired broccoli. in a pan,brown an onion with olive-oil,
than add the anchovy pieces, the raisin and the pine-seed.
Add some broccoli-tops half-cooked in water and salt.
Pour "bucatini" underdone in the pan and stir on slack fire
for five minutes. When the cooking will be ended scatter with
parmesan.
Ricotta's medaglioni with anchovies cut ricotta into slices not much slender and put
it in a frying-pan with a fine stream of olive-oil.
Season each slice with anchovy filets and cover it with another
ricotta slice. Cook both sides for few minutes and add black
pepper.
